Announcing PROJ 6.1.0

On behalf of the PROJ development team I am happy to announce the release of PROJ 6.1.0. This release includes both bug fixes and new features (see the release notes below for details).

In addition to the new version of PROJ we are also releasing new version of the datum grid package covering Europe which includes new grids for Belgium and France. Download the package here:
